Hymn Sing
This is the the traditional Fifth Sunday Sing that dates back to the days of the circuit riding preacher ministering to remote settlements on the American frontier.
We will spend this evening singing some of our favorite songs - new and old - as a congregation and hearing music from individuals or groups.
If you want to share a song with our congregation, plan now and contact Steve with your plans as soon as possible!

Easter Musical preparation begins January 3rd!
We need actors to complement our production this year. If you have some experience, please see Steve - rehearsals will begin in two weeks.
Some churches worship God with contemporary praise songs and a band. Other churches worship God traditionally through hymns and a piano and organ. At Westland Heights, we combine both of these into a blended service featuring songs spanning generations. We feel this best reaches the diverse people that come seeking a message from God each week. So, we invite you to come join us this week. If you come expecting to receive a message from God, you will not leave disappointed.

Choirs for All Ages
Perhaps you have a tremendous talent or a deep desire to be a musician, and you're looking for a place that would welcome your participation. Perhaps you are looking for a place where your child will meet new friends while learning music and biblical truths in a safe environment. We invite you to join us. We have a place for your entire family!
All Adults, ages 18 and up Who we are:
Rehearses - Sundays 5:00 – 5:50 PM
We are a family of singers who have felt the Lord's leadership in serving as worship leaders by joining our voices with others to lead our congregation in worship every Sunday in the 11:00 AM Worship.
What is Required:
A love for God and a desire to lead others to worship Him through music.
A commitment to participate with the choir during the necessary preparation process, in order to serve most effectively.
Youth Praize
Grades 6 – 12 Rehearses - Wednesdays 7:15 – 8:00 PM
Youth Praize is a part of the total youth program at Westland Heights and all youth are encouraged to be a part of this youth ministry. Here, youth continue their music training and apply what they have learned in choir and bible study through various service opportunities. Youth Praize sings once every two months in worship.
Children's Choirs are designed to:
1. provide musical training
2. teach biblical truths
3. center around age-appropriate music and activities.
